特异性免疫治疗联合玉屏风散治疗花粉症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析特异性免疫治疗联合玉屏风散治疗花粉症的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2024年1月本院治疗的花粉症患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为观察组(特异性免疫治疗联合玉屏风散治疗)和对照组(特异性免疫治疗),每组30例,分析对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果 治疗后,IFN-γ高于对照组,IL-4、IL-17低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率较对照组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度较对照组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在花粉症患者治疗之中给予特异性免疫治疗联合玉屏风散治疗,能提高治疗有效率,改善体内的炎症水平,治疗满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze clinical effect of specific immunotherapy combined with jade screen powder in treatment of pollen syndrome.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with pollen syndrome in our hospital from June 2021 to January 2024 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group(treated with specific immunotherapy combined with jade screen powder)and control group(with specific immunotherapy)with random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Clinical curative effect was analyzed and compared between two groups.Results Levels of inflammatory factors in observation group were higher than control group,and difference between groups was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Treatment effective rate in observation group was higher than control group,difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,and difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Specific immunotherapy combined with jade screen powder can improve treatment efficiency,reduce inflammation levels in the body,and achieve high treatment satisfaction degree of patients with pollen syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
