摘 要:目的 分析在新生儿脑损伤患儿中,采用振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)监测的临床效果。方法 选取2018年5月—2023年6月在本院就诊的60例新生儿脑损伤患者为分析组,另选取同时期足月新生儿60例纳入到对照组。新生儿均在出生后的6h应用aEEG监测方式检查。比较两组检查结果差异。结果 分析组aEEG背景活动情况正常率、aEEG连续情况、SWC成熟情况远低于对照组(P<0.05)。分析组癫痫发作的患者数量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在针对新生儿脑损伤的诊疗过程中,应用aEEG进行监测诊断,可实现对患儿脑损伤状况的及早发现,有助于更清晰地掌握疾病的发展态势,为临床决策提供有力支持。Objective To analyze clinical effect of amplitude integrated electroencephalography(aEEG)monitoring for neonatal brain injury.Methods The paper chose 60 cases of neonatal brain injury in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2023,and another 60 full-term newborns during the same period in control group,examined with amplitude integrated electroencephalogram monitoring method 6 hours after birth.Difference in examination results was compared between two groups.Results Normal rate of aEEG background activity,aEEG continuity,and SWC maturity in analysis group was significantly lower than control group,there was significant difference between data,P<0.05.Number of patients with epilepsy in analysis group was higher than control group,there was significant difference between data,P<0.05.Conclusion Amplitude integrated electroencephalography(aEEG)monitoring and diagnosis can early detect neonatal brain injury,and help clarify progression of the disease.
