摘　　要：目的 对比分析POCT便携式血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪。方法 配置分布在1~30mmol/L不同血糖浓度的抗凝静脉全血标本5份,用POCT便携式血糖仪检测,每份标本重复检测3次,分离血浆在贝克曼AU5800全自动生化分析仪上进行检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 18台POCT便携式血糖仪与标准靶值的差值及偏倚均在要求范围内,POCT便携式血糖仪的正确度验证合格。相关分析结果显示,AU5800全自动生化分析仪与POCT便携式血糖仪结果显著相关,相关系数r值均大于0.975,结果呈正相关。结论 POCT便携式血糖仪与贝克曼AU5800全自动生化分析仪血糖比对结果一致,POCT便携式血糖仪满足日常血糖监测要求,定期与全自动生化仪进行对比,确保其结果准确性、可靠性。Objective To regularly monitor consistency of blood glucose results between 18 POCT portable blood glucose meters and Beckman AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer in our clinical department,to ensure accuracy of POCT portable blood glucose meter detection.Methods The paper configured 5 anticoagulant venous whole blood samples with different blood glucose concentrations ranging from 1 to 30 mmol/L,tested with POCT portable blood glucose meter.Each sample was tested three times,plasma was separated and tested by Beckman AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer.result were statistically analyzed.Results Difference and bias between 18 POCT portable blood glucose meters and standard target values were within required range,accuracy verification of POCT portable blood glucose meters was qualified.Correlation analysis results showed,there was significant correlation between AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer and POCT portable blood glucose meter,with correlation coefficients r values greater than 0.975,indicating positive correlation.Conclusion Blood glucose comparison results between POCT portable blood glucose meter and Beckman AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer are consistent.The POCT portable blood glucose meter can meet daily blood glucose monitoring requirements.Regular comparion with automatic biochemical analyzer can ensure its accuracy and reliability.
