糖尿病肾病早期诊断应用生化检验的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨糖尿病肾病早期诊断中加入生化检验的效果。方法 选取2022年8月—2023年6月本院接诊的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组;另选取同期接受健康体检的80名人员为对照组,两组均采集空腹晨血和尿液样本进行生化检测,并对比两组患者检测结果。结果 观察组的空腹血糖、C-反应蛋白、微量清蛋白等生化指标均与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.05);各项生化指标单一检测阳性率低于联合检测(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病肾病早期临床诊疗中实施生化检验具有很好的准确度,联合多项检出率更高,可有效规避误诊或者漏诊情况,为糖尿病肾病后续治疗提供可靠依据。Objective To analyze effect of biochemical tests in early diagnosis of diabetes nephropathy.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with diabetes nephropathy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 as sample subjects in observation group,and another 80 individuals with health examinations during the same period as control group.Fasting morning blood and urine samples were collected for biochemical tests,results were compared between two groups.Results There was significant difference in biochemical indicators of fasting blood glucose,C-reactive protein,and microalbumin between observation group and control group,(P<0.05).Positive rate of single detection for various biochemical indicators was lower than combined detection.Conclusion Biochemical tests can achieve good accuracy in early clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes nephropathy,with higher combined multiple detection rate,which can avoid misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis effectively,and provide reliable basis for follow-up treatment of diabetes nephropathy.
