摘　　要：本文详细记录了1例具有癫痫病史的患者,在术中通过实施唤醒麻醉技术,成功实施了癫痫病灶切除术的经过。在整个唤醒过程中,患者表现稳定,未出现异常情况。手术完成后,患者恢复良好,顺利出院,表明本次手术取得了显著成效。对术中唤醒麻醉的护理配合进行总结:术前参与麻醉访视,做好麻醉用物及药品准备,麻醉诱导护理配合、唤醒过程中气道管理,以及术后苏醒期护理工作。A patient with epilepsy history was treated with epileptic lesion resection under intraoperative awakening anesthesia,recovered successfully and was discharged after smooth awakening process.The paper summarizes experience of nursing cooperation for intraoperative awakening anesthesiaparticipate:Preoperative anesthesia visits,preparation of anesthesia materials and drugs,cooperation in anesthesia induction nursing,airway management during awakening process and postoperative awakening nursing.
