广州市中医“治未病”闭环管理模式的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨广州市中医“治未病”闭环管理模式应用效果。方法选取2018年2月—2023年2月广州市居民306例作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为参照组(n=153例)和观察组(n=153例)。其中,参照组采用常规管理,观察组在参照组的基础上实施中医“治未病”闭环管理模式,记录并对比分析两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分,采用成人生活质量量表(GQOLI-74)比较两组患者生活质量以及管理满意度。结果管理后,两组SDS、SAS评分均降低,且观察组评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。管理前,两组GQOLI-74得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,两组居民的GQOLI-74得分均升高,且观察组居民的GQOLI-74得分明显高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医“治未病”闭环管理模式应用于广州市居民,不仅可缓解居民的焦虑、抑郁情绪,还可以提高其生活质量和管理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore and study closed-loop management model of"preventive treatment of disease"of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangzhou.Methods The paper chose 306 residents in Guangzhou from February 2018 to February 2023,and divided them into reference group(n=153 cases)and observation group(n=153 cases)with random number table method.Reference group was treated with routine management,while observation group with closed-loop management model of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on reference group.Scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were recorded and compared between two groups.Life quality and management satisfaction degree were compared with Adult Life quality Scale(GQOLI-74)between two groups.Results SDS and SAS scores of medical staff were lower after management than before management,scores of observation group were lower than reference group,(P<0.05).Difference in GQOLI-74 scores between two groups before management was not statistically significant(P>0.05).GQOLI-74 scores of residents were higher after management than before management,those in observation group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).Comparison of management satisfaction degree between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),that of observation group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed-loop management model of"preventive treatment of disease"of traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate anxiety and depression,improve life quality and management satisfaction degree of Guangzhou residents,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
