积极卫生干预方案对头虱感染患儿的灭虱效果及卫生情况的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析积极卫生干预方案对头虱感染患儿的灭虱效果及卫生情况的影响。方法 选择2022年3—9月来本院皮肤科就诊的头虱感染患儿86例作为研究对象,采用计算机随机数分组法将其分成对照组和干预组,每组43例。其中,对照组采用常规干预方法,干预组接受积极卫生干预方案干预。比较两组患儿在干预后的依从性、灭虱效果及干预前后的卫生情况。结果 干预组患者总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患儿灭虱效果总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿卫生习惯评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组患儿卫生习惯规律率高于对照组(P<0.05),不规律率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 积极卫生干预方案能提升头虱感染患儿的灭虱效果,改善患儿的卫生情况,减少感染复发率,值得临床推荐使用。Objective To analyze the effect of active health intervention on head lice eradication and sanitary situation of children with head lice infection.Methods The paper chose 86 children with head lice infection in dermatology department of our hospital from March to September 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into the control group and the intervention group with computer random number grouping method,with 43 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with routine intervention method,while the intervention group with positive health intervention program.Compliance,lice eradication effect and sanitary situation before and after intervention was compared between two groups of pediatric patients.Results The overall compliance rate of patients in the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of lice eradication in the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in sanitary habits between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,regularity rate of the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and irregularity rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active health intervention program can improve effect of lice eradication of children with head lice infection,improve sanitary situation,reduce recurrence rate of infection,which is worthy of reference and application.
