摘  要:目的 观察人工流产术后即时放置含铜含吲哚美辛IUD的临床效果。方法 选择2019年1—12月本院人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器(IUD)的患者90例,分为吉妮致美组(37例)和安馨γ组(53例),记录流产后情况、放置IUD后副作用、带器妊娠、脱落、因症取出等情况,并进行评价。结果 两组一般资料及流产后情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IUD放置后6个月,吉妮致美组总的副反应例数明显高于安馨γ组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014<0.05)。至12个月副反应比率、取器率对比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.510>0.05,P=0.642>0.05)。结论 人工流产术后即时放置吉妮致美IUD和安馨γIUD的临床效果确切,符合PAC的要求。Objective To observe the adverse reactions and clinical effects of two IUDs containing copper and indomethacin,and to explore the efficacy,feasibility and safety of immediate placement of IUD after artificial abortion.Methods From January to December 2019,37 cases of Geniazme IUD and 53 cases of Axin gamma IUD were selected after artificial abortion in our hospital.The post-abortion situation,side effects after IUD placement,pregnancy with device,shedding,and removal due to disease were recorded,and analyzed and evaluated.Results Comparison of 37 cases of IUDU and 53 cases of Axin gamma IUD.There was no significant difference in general information and post-abortion situation(P>0.05).The ratio of total adverse reactions in Geniazme group was significantly higher than that in Anxinγgroup at 6 months after IUD placement,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014<0.05).There was no difference in the rate of side effects in December(P=0.510>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the removal rate(P=0.642>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of placing Geniazme IUD and Axin gamma IUD immediately after artificial abortion is positive,which meets the requirements of PAC.
