四妙勇安汤与VSD联合金因肽治疗手足外科难愈性伤口的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探究在治疗手足外科难愈性伤口时,使用四妙勇安汤及VSD联合金因肽治疗所取得的临床效果,为临床联合应用提供相关依据。方法 选择2020年1月—2021年1月本院收治的80例手足外科难愈性伤口患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。其中,对照组采取常规换药措施,观察组则实施四妙勇安汤VSD联合金因肽加以治疗,探究两组患者治疗效果、愈合时间及药物更换次数等。结果 观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);患者创面上皮化及愈合时间、创面愈合率、换药次数及疼痛评分等数据,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在患者手足口创伤治疗中,使用四妙勇安汤及VSD联合金因肽加以治疗,能加速对患者损伤组织的恢复,促使创面愈合变快,值得在临床上加以推广使用。Objective To explore clinical research effect of four wonderful drugs decoction for quick health restoration,VSD combined with Genetime in treatment of refractory wounds in hand and foot surgery,and provide relevant evidence for clinical combination application.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with refractory wounds in hand and foot surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as research subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine dressing changes,while observation group with four wonderful drugs decoction for quick health restoration,VSD combined with Genetime.Curative effect,healing time,and number of drug changes between two groups were investigated.Results Curative effect of observation group was significantly better than control group,there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05).Analysis showed,data of wound epithelialization and healing time,wound healing rate,dressing change frequency and pain scores in observation group were significantly better than control group,difference was statistically significant between data,(P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment of hand,foot and mouth injuries of patients,four wonderful drugs decoction for quick health restoration,VSD combined with Genetime can accelerate recovery of damaged tissues and promote faster wound healing,which is worthy of promotion and using in clinical practice.
