腰麻术后腰酸痛应用中药竹罐治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨腰麻术后腰酸痛应用中药竹罐治疗的效果。方法 选取2020年7月—2021年7月本院收治的腰麻术后腰酸痛患者60例为研究对象,并随机分成对照组和研究组,每组30例。其中,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予中药竹罐治疗。治疗后对两组的临床疗效、满意度以及疼痛情况和生活质量进行对比。结果 研究组干预后VAS、WHOQOL-BREF、BRS-6评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组临床有效率比对照组高,满意率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 腰麻术后腰酸痛患者应用中药竹罐效果理想,不仅可以降低患者的疼痛情况,同时可以提高临床效果、满意度以及生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bamboo jar on lower back pains after lumbar anesthesia.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with back pain after lumbar anesthesia surgery in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing care,while study group with traditional Chinese medicine bamboo jar treatment on the basis.Clinical effect,satisfaction degree,pain situation,and life quality was compared between two groups.Results After intervention,VAS,WHOQOL-BREF,and BRS-6 scores in study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Clinical effective rate and satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine bamboo jars can achieve effect for patients with lower back pain after lumbar anesthesia,can reduce pains,improve clinical effect,satisfaction degree and life quality of patient,which is worthy of promotion and application.
