摘　　要：目的 探究预防接种分时段预约系统对预防保健科现场接种效率的影响。方法 选取本院2019年3月—2021年4月预防保健科接种门诊进行疫苗接种的200例儿童,根据预防接种分时段预约系统的应用时间,将其分为观察组与对照组,比较组间差异。结果 疫苗接种情况比较,观察组麻腮风2、百白破4、甲肝、乙脑2接种率均分别高于对照组(P<0.05);接种现场等候时间比较,观察组预检、登记、收费、接种以及等候总时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);家属满意度比较,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 使用预防接种分时段预约系统,有助于缩短候诊时间,提升接种工作效率,优化家属的服务满意度,推广意义深远。Objective To explore effect of time slot vaccination appointment system on efficiency of on-site vaccination in preventive health department.Methods The paper chose 200 children with vaccination in vaccination outpatient of our hospital from March 2019 to April 2021,and divided them into groups according to application time of the vaccination appointment system,difference was compared between groups.Results Vaccination rates of MMR 2,DPT 4,hepatitis A and JE 2 in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of waiting time at vaccination site,observation group had shorter pre screening,registration,charging,vaccination and total waiting time than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of family members in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time slot vaccination appointment system can help shorten waiting time,improve vaccination efficiency,optimize service satisfaction degree of family members,which has far-reaching significance for promotion.
