改良多功能沙袋及在下肢骨折患者中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨改良多功能沙袋在下肢骨折患者中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院收治的176例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组88例。其中,观察组采用改良多功能沙袋,对照组采用传统沙袋,采用统计学方法评价两组患者中沙袋的治疗效果以及患者满意度情况。结果 观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组,住院时间、并发症、骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照组,患者满意度评分显著高于对照组。结论 在临床工作中,改良多功能沙袋能够显著提高临床康复效率,减少患者住院时间,改善患者的伤口愈合情况,防止并发症的发生,是能够替代传统沙袋的医疗工具,值得在临床工作中推广使用。Objective To explore clinical application value of improved multifunctional sandbags for patients with lower limb fractures.Methods A total of 176 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 88 patients in each group,according to the random number table.The observation group used improved multifunctional sandbags,while the control group used traditional sandbags.Statistical methods were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects and patient satisfaction in both groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group.The length of hospital stay,complications,and fracture healing time were all significantly lower in the observation group,and the patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion In clinical practice,the improved multifunctional sandbag can significantly enhance rehabilitation efficiency,reduce hospital stay duration,improve wound healing,and prevent complications.It is a medical tool capable of replacing traditional sandbags and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
