摘　　要：目的 分析DIP医保支付背景下罗定市人民医院重点监控药品的管理成果。方法 本研究选取了罗定市人民医院在2022年1—6月(实施前)与2023年1—6月(实施后)的相关数据,对各类主要被监测药物的使用成本、重点监测的化学药物和生物药品的收入占比、住院部门的人均消费费用变动情况进行变动观察。结果 在各个具体药品类别中,神经系统药物、心血管系统药物、影响骨代谢药以及调节免疫功能药的使用金额下降幅度分别达到了43.27%、50.43%、55.90%和51.40%,总降幅达到51.40%,统计数据显示,各类重点监控药品使用金额变化的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 该院施行重点监控药品管理措施取得了积极的成效,但在实施过程中还需进一步完善管理方式,加强信息化系统的应用,并需要找到满足医院和临床科室发展需要、降低药品占比和医疗运行成本,符合国家医疗政策的平衡点。Objective To analyze management achievements of key monitored drugs in Luoding City People's Hospital under background of DIP medical insurance payment.Methods The paper chose key monitored drugs in Pharmacy Department of Luoding City People's Hospital for experimental research,observed changes in costs of various major monitored drugs,proportion of income from key monitored chemical and biological drugs,and per capita consumption expenses of inpatient departments with 2020 key monitored drug method(control group)and 2023 drug use control plan discussed and approved by the Pharmaceutical Affairs Committee meeting(control group).Results Among various specific drug categories,decrease in usage amounts of nervous system drugs,cardiovascular system drugs,drugs that affect bone metabolism,and drugs that regulate immune function reached 43.27%,50.43%,55.90%,and 51.40%respectively,with total decrease of 51.40%.Statistical data showed,difference in usage amounts of various key monitored drugs was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Key monitoring drug management measures has achieved positive results in the hospital,and it is necessary to improve management methods during implementation process further,strengthen application of information systems,and find a balance point meeting development needs of the hospital and clinical departments,reduce proportion of drugs and medical operation costs,and conform to national medical policies.
