摘  要:总结1例食管癌术后全身多发皮下气肿患者PICC导管全过程管理的护理经验。通过查阅相关文献、回顾并结合实际案例分析,给予该全身多处皮下气肿食管癌患者针对性的专科护理,包括置管前血管通路的选择、置管前长度测量;置管时送管困难处理、腔内心电图辅助导管尖端定位;置管后气肿消退后导管尖端再定位。最终该PICC导管满足患者肠外高营养治疗的需求,无并发症发生。To summarize nursing experience of whole process management of PICC catheter of a patient with multiple subcutaneous emphysema after esophageal cancer surgery.By consulting relateted literature,the paper reviewed and analyzed actual cases,carried out targeted specialized nursing for a patient with multiple subcutaneous emphysema and esophageal cancer,including selection of vascular access before catheterization,length measurement before catheterization,handling difficulty of delivering catheter during catheterization,catheter tip reposition assisted by intracavitary electrocardiogram,catheter tip reposition after emphysema subsides after catheterization.The PICC catheter meet needs of the patient for high parenteral nutrition therapy without any complications.
