围手术期人文护理干预对小儿包皮切割吻合器手术的应用及对其疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨围手术期人文护理干预对小儿包皮切割吻合器手术的应用及影响。方法 选取2022年1—12月本院收治的160例患儿为研究对象,并根据随机数字分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。其中,对照组使用常规护理模式,观察组使用人文护理+常规护理模式,对比两组手术相关指标(术中用时、术中出血量以及住院时间)、患儿术后疼痛程度以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组术中用时、术中出血量以及住院时间表现情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿术后疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿PCEA的护理中,应用人文护理干预,可明显改善手术相关指标,减少患儿痛感,还能减少并发症的发生,具有临床使用价值。Objective To explore application and effect of perioperative humanistic nursing intervention for pediatric circumcision excision surgery(PCEA).Methods The paper chose 160 pediatric patients in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into groups with random number grouping method,with an average of 80 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing mode,and observation group with humanistic nursing+routine nursing mode.Surgical related indicators(intraoperative time,intraoperative bleeding volume and length of stay),postoperative pain level,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results Intraoperative time,intraoperative bleeding volume,and length of stay of observation group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain level of observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During nursing of pediatric PCEA,humanistic nursing intervention can improve surgical related indicators,reduce pains,complications incidence of children significantly,which has clinical value.
