优质化护理在院内感染控制中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的 探查在院内感染控制中应用优质护理的效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2023年7月本院收治的80例住院患者为研究对象,依据双盲法以1:1比例分为两组,行优质护理者为观察组,行常规护理者为对照组;对比两组护理服务满意情况、护理质量、医院感染情况以及健康知识掌握情况。结果 观察组感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染评估、消毒隔离、预防能力、护理操作、抗菌药物管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对医院感染涵义、感染原因、感染类型和症状、预防措施等掌握程度均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 实施优质化护理流程,能够使医院感染发生风险得到明显的改善,护理质量得到有效提升,保障了患者诊疗和护理的安全性,应用价值高,值得临床应用。Objective To explore effect of quality nursing in nosocomial infection control.Methods The paper included 80 hospitalized patients in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into two groups in a 1:1 ratio according to double-blind method.Observation group was treated with high-quality nursing,and control group with routine nursing.Satisfaction degree with nursing services,nursing quality,hospital infection status and mastery of health knowledge was compared between two groups.Results Incidence of infection in observation group was 2.50%,that in control group was 25.00%,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).39 cases in observation group were satisfied with nursing,with total satisfaction rate of 97.50%,significantly higher than 82.50%(33/40)in control group,(P<0.05).Infection assessment,disinfection and isolation,prevention ability,nursing operation,and antibacterial drug management of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had significantly higher level of mastery of health knowledge,and there was difference in meaning,causes,types,symptoms,and prevention measures scores of nosocomial infections between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing process can improve risk of nosocomial infection significantly,enhance nursing quality effectively,and guarante safety of diagnosis,treatment and nursing of patients,which has high application value and is worthy of clinical application.
