人文护理关怀联合分段式疼痛护理在ESWL失败的输尿管结石再手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨人文护理关怀联合分段式疼痛护理在ESWL(体外冲击波碎石术)失败后输尿管结石再手术患者中的应用效果,评估其对疼痛管理和术后恢复的影响。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年6月在本院接受输尿管结石再手术的70例ESWL失败患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。其中,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合人文护理关怀和分段式疼痛护理。比较两组患者的术后疼痛评分、住院时间及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后24h、48h及72h疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文护理关怀联合分段式疼痛护理在ESWL失败的输尿管结石再手术患者中的应用显著减轻了患者的术后疼痛,缩短了住院时间,提升了患者的护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore application effect of humanistic nursing care combined with segmented pain nursing for patients with resurgery of ureteral calculi and failed ESWL(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy),and evaluate its effect on pain management and postoperative recovery.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with failed ESWL and resurgery of ureteral calculi in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 as study subjects,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 35 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group with humanistic nursing care combined with segmented pain nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Postoperative pain scores,length of stay,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group at 24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after surgery(P<0.05).Length of stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing care combined with segmented pain nursing can reduce postoperative pains,shorten length of stay,and satisfaction degree of patients with failed ESWL and resurgery of ureteral calculi significantly,which has high clinical application value.
