摘  要:目的 探究糖尿病患者采用多样化健康教育后的治疗依从性。方法 选取2022年1—12月本院收治的80例糖尿病患者进行探析,以抽签法将其分为对照组(常规教育)和观察组(多样化健康教育),每组40例,对比两组护理满意度与依从性、血糖控制情况、患者对糖尿病健康教育知识的掌握程度。结果 观察组依从性与满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者对健康教育知识掌握程度比较,观察组更优(P<0.05)。护理前,两组血糖相关指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组血糖相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多样化健康教育在糖尿病患者身上的实施,能提高患者对健康教育知识掌握程度,提高其依从性与护理满意度,调整其血糖相关指标,值得推荐。Objective To explore treatment compliance of diabetes patients after diversified health education.Methods The paper chose 80 patients for study,and divided them into two groups by drawing lots,namely,control group(treated with routine education)and observation group(with diversified health education).Nursing satisfaction degree and compliance,blood glucose control,and mastery of diabetes health education knowledge of patients was compared between two groups.Results Compliance and satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had better grasp of health education knowledge than control group,(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose related indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,there was significant difference in blood glucose related indicators between observation group and control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can increase knowledge of health education,improve compliance and nursing satisfaction degree,and regulate blood sugar related indicators of diabetes patients,which is worthy of reference.
