摘　　要：左新河教授师从全国名中医陈如泉教授,为陈氏瘿病流派主要传承人,多年来潜心于甲状腺疾病的临床、教学及科研,擅长将“阴阳理论”运用于甲状腺功能减退症的临床实践中,尤其对甲状腺功能指标的中西医结合分析论治有独到的见解。文章整理了左新河教授运用“阴阳理论”中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减退症的经验,并附医案1则。Objective Professor Zuo Xinhe learns after the famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor Professor Chen Ruquan who is the main inheritor of Chen′s goiter academic group.He has been devoted to the clinical,teaching,and scientific research of thyroid diseases for many years and is skilled in applying the Yin-Yang theory to the clinical practice of treating hypothyroidism.He has unique insights into the analysis of objective detection indicators of thyroid function and treatment based on the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This paper summarizes Professor Zuo′s experience in using the Yin-Yang theory of TCM in combination of Western medicine to diagnose and treat hypothyroidism,with one medical case attached.
