摘　　要：《外科正宗》为明代著名医家陈实功结合毕生行医经历,总结大量外科临床实践所作。书中重视内治与外治相结合,治疗上重视气血,善养脾胃,反对外科疾病滥用寒凉药物的观点被后世广泛接受。痈疽为外科常见化脓性疾病,陈氏辨证治疗痈疽善用行气活血、补益气血等方法。文中总结归纳陈氏治疗用药规律,基于中医气血理论探究《外科正宗》治疗痈疽的学术思想。Orthodox Manual of External Diseases(Wai Ke Zheng Zong)is a notable work by Chen Shigong,a prestigious doctor in the Ming dynasty,summarizing extensive clinical practice in surgery based on his lifelong medical experience.The book emphasizes the integration of internal and external treatments,focusing on qi and blood,promoting the nourishment of the spleen and stomach,and opposing the excessive use of cold drugs in surgical diseases,which is a view widely accepted in later generations.For the treatment of carbuncle,a common suppurative diseases in surgery,based on syndrome differentiation,Chen Shigong employed methods such as promoting qi and invigorating blood,along with tonifying qi and blood.This article summarized Chen Shigong′s medication principles and explored the academic thought behind the treatment of carbuncle in the Orthodox Manual of External Diseases based on qi and blood theory in traditional Chinese medicine.
