摘　　要：冠心病为缺血性心脏病,是当前我国面临的最大公共问题之一,严重危害着人民群众的健康和生活质量。心绞痛是冠心病发作时的常见症状,若治疗不及时会导致患者发生心肌梗死、心力衰竭及猝死。中医学认为冠心病心绞痛的发生多因脏腑功能衰退,或七情内伤导致气滞、血瘀、痰浊,使脉络不通,脉道痹阻。痰瘀互阻为冠心病心绞痛的常见病机,两种状态相互叠加,并相互影响,导致患者病情进一步加重,故从痰瘀角度论治冠心病心绞痛效果良好。本研究就痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛的理论研究以及临床治疗实践等情况作出综述,为临床防治该病寻找更加可靠的依据。Coronary heart disease is ischemic heart disease,which is one of the biggest public problems facing China at present,and seriously endangers the health and quality of life of the people.Angina pectoris is a common symptom of coronary heart disease,which can lead to myocardial infarction,heart failure and sudden death if not treated properly.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is mainly due to the decline of zang-fu function,or the internal injury of seven emotions leading to qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm turidity,so that the vein is blocked and the pulse is blocked.The mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis is a common pathogenesis of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The two states superposition and influence each other,leading to further aggravation of the patient’s condition.Therefore,the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from the perspective of phlegm and blood stasis is good.This study summarized the theoretical research and clinical treatment practice of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease with mutual blockage of phlegm and blood stasis,so as to find a more reliable basis for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.
