腔内激光闭合术联合硬化剂在下肢静脉曲张中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析腔内激光闭合术联合硬化剂在下肢静脉曲张中的疗效。方法研究纳入医院2023年7月至2024年5月临床收治下肢静脉曲张患者60例为对象,随机数字表法划分为对照组(腔内激光闭合术治疗)与观察组(腔内激光闭合术联合硬化剂治疗),每组患者30例,比较组间手术指标、治疗有效率、炎症水平表达水平以及组间并发症发生率。结果在手术时间方面,观察组较对照组长;住院时间方面,观察组较对照组短(P<0.05),术中出血量方面,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组下肢静脉曲张患者治疗后临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-2、CRP、IL-6水平较治疗前增高,但观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组下肢静脉曲张患者治疗后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于下肢静脉曲张,可以采用腔内激光闭合术联合硬化剂进行治疗,缩短患者预后时间,降低术后机体炎症因子水平及并发症发生率,具备更高的综合治疗价值。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of intracavitary laser closure combined with sclerotherapy in the treatment of lower limb varicose veins.Methods A study was conducted on 60 patients with lower limb varicose veins admitted to hospitals from July 2023 to May 2024.The random number table method was divided into control group(lumen laser closure therapy)and observation group(lumen laser closure combined with sclerosing agent therapy),with 30 patients in each group.The surgical indicators,treatment effectiveness,inflammation levels expression levels,and incidence of complications between the groups were compared.Results In the operation time,the observation group was longer than the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter(P<0.05)than the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical effective rate of lower limb varicose vein patients in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Post-treatment,IL-2,CRP,and IL-6 levels rose in both groups,but were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Complication rates were also significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intraluminal laser closure combined with sclerotherapy can improve the clinical treatment effect of lower limb varicose veins,shorten the patient’s prognosis time,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications after surgery,and have higher comprehensive treatment value.
