多学科协作诊疗护理对股骨粗隆间骨折患者的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析多学科协作诊疗(MDT)护理对股骨粗隆间骨折(ITF)患者的应用效果。方法选取安溪县中医院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的120例ITF患者,按照入院时间的先后顺序分为观察组(60例,采取MDT护理)和对照组(60例,采取常规护理)。对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理后的Harris评分、ADL评分、ESCA的健康知识掌握、自我概念、自我护理责任感和自我护理技能维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在术后4 h、24 h、48 h和72 h的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ITF患者采取MDT护理能够获得较为理想的效果,可有效减轻患者的术后疼痛,改善关节功能,提高日常生活能力和自我护理能力,缩短患者的康复进程,并降低并发症发生率。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)nursing on intertrochanteric fracture(ITF)patients.Methods A total of 120 ITF patients admitted to Anxi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group(60 cases,receiving MDT nursing)and a control group(60 cases,receiving conventional nursing)according to the order of admission.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The Harris score,ADL score,ESCA health knowledge,self-concept,self-care responsibility,and self-care skill dimension scores after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 4 hours,24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions ITF patients receiving MDT nursing can achieve more ideal results,effectively reducing postoperative pain,improving joint function,enhancing daily living ability and self-care ability,shortening the patient’s recovery process,and reducing the incidence of complications.
