戴明环管理模式在静脉留置针置管期间的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析戴明环管理(PDCA循环)在降低静脉留置针回血发生率中的作用。方法抽取福建医科大学附属漳州市医院2021年4月-5月行静脉留置针穿刺的600例患者纳入对照组,将2021年7月-8月行静脉留置针穿刺的600例患者纳入观察组,回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施PDCA循环法干预。对比两组静脉留置针回血发生率、护理质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组输液前、输液后1 h、输液后2 h、输液后4 h、输液后6 h的静脉留置针回血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组专科护理质量、消毒质量、回血评估、护理指导及总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在降低静脉留置针回血发生率中实施PDCA循环法,护理质量得到改善,患者输液期间静脉留置针回血风险降低,护理满意度提升。Objective To analyze the effect of the Deming Cycle(PDCA Cycle)management model in reducing the incidence of venous indwelling needle blood return.Methods A total of 600 patients from Zhangzhou Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University in 2021 from April to May 2021 were included in the control group,and 600 patients with intravenous indwelling needle puncture from July to August 2021 were included in the study group.The clinical data of patients from the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the study group implemented PDCA circulation intervention.The incidence,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of blood return with intravenous indwelling needle in the study group was lower than that in the reference group before,1 h,2 h,4 h and 6 h after infusion(P<0.05).The quality of specialty nursing,quality of disinfection,blood return evaluation,nursing guidance and total score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA circulation method was implemented in reducing the incidence of venous indwelling injection injection,improving the quality of care,reducing the risk of intravenous indwelling injection injection during infusion,and improving the satisfaction of nursing.
