针对性护理干预在门诊换药室中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的评估针对性护理干预在门诊换药室中的应用效果。方法根据数字随机法将2021年1月至2023年12月社区卫生服务中心门诊换药操作98例患者分为两组,其中对照组行传统护理,观察组则为针对性护理,比较两组不良情绪评分、总知晓率以及不良事件发生率等指标。结果观察组SAS及SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组总依从性高(P<0.05);同时,两组不良事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施针对性护理干预措施能够改善换药室接收患者情绪状态,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,同时提高患者对换药相关健康知识的知晓率,改善遵医行为,并降低换药期间各类不良事件的发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of targeted nursing intervention in outpatient dressing changing room.Methods According to the digital random method,a total of 98 patients with outpatient dressing change operation in community health service center from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups,in which the control group received traditional nursing and the observation group received targeted nursing.The indexes of adverse emotion score,total awareness rate and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the overall awareness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the overall compliance in the observation group was higher(P<0.05);at the same time,there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of targeted nursing intervention measures can significantly improve the emotional state of patients receiving dressing room,reduce anxiety and depression,improve patients’awareness of health knowledge related to dressing change and improve compliance behavior,so as to reduce the incidence of various adverse events during dressing change and promote wound recovery of patients,which is worthy of attention.
