微信术前指导+舒适护理对胃镜检查患者满意度的提升

摘　　要：目的探究微信术前指导+舒适护理对胃镜检查患者满意度的提升。方法本文观察对象为胃镜检查患者共200例,收取时间在2022年12月至2023年12月,采用随机数字表法分组,观察组、对照组各100例,分别以微信术前指导+舒适护理、常规护理方式进行护理。在护理结束后,将两组各指标结果作比较。结果两组应激生理反应相比,观察组心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)水平均低于对照组、平均动脉压(MAP)高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的舒适度评分均升高,但观察组的趋势更高(P<0.05)。两组护理效果比较,观察组胃镜检查时间短于对照组、检查配合度高于对照组、意外事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信术前指导+舒适护理能有效提高患者对于胃镜检查的满意度,还能提高患者的舒适度,减轻应激反应。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat preoperative guidance and comfort nursing on the satisfaction of patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent gastroscopy were observed in this article.The collection period was from December 2022 to December 2023,and they were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The observation group consisted of 100 patients,and the control group consisted of 100 patients.They received preoperative guidance through WeChat,comfort care,and routine care,respectively.After the nursing is completed,compare the results of each indicator between the two groups.Results Compared with the two groups of stress physiological responses,the observed group’s HR,DBP,and SBP levels were all lower than those of the control group,while the MAP was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the observed group’s nursing was higher(P<0.05).The comfort scores of patients in both groups increased significantly after nursing,but the trend was higher in the observed group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observed group had a shorter gastroscopy examination time,higher examination cooperation,and lower accidental event rate(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat preoperative guidance combined with comfort care can effectively improve patient satisfaction with gastroscopy examination,improve patient comfort,and reduce stress reactions,which is worthy of research and promotion.
