优化手术室护理对老年PKP患者手术应激反应、术后疼痛及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的本研究致力于全方位探究优化手术室护理的模式,旨在衡量其给老年胸腰椎骨折患者行经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)后的手术效果带来的积极效用。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月厦门市第三医院80例老年胸腰椎骨折行PKP患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,常规手术室护理)和观察组(40例,优化手术室护理)。比较两组心率、血压、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)及并发症发生情况。结果术后,观察组心率和血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);ODI评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后12 h和术后24 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优化手术室护理能够减轻老年胸腰椎骨折患者在接受PKP手术时的紧张感,舒缓患者的术后疼痛,帮助患者更快地恢复脊柱功能和腰椎活动能力,并有效减少术后并发症的风险,提升患者的整体康复体验。Objective This study aims to comprehensively explore the optimized operating room nursing model to assess its positive effects on the surgical outcomes of geriatric patients with thoracolumbar fractures undergoing percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fractures undergoing PKP at The Third Hospital of Xiamen from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(40 cases with routine operating room nursing)and an observation group(40 cases with optimized operating room nursing).The heart rate,blood pressure,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperatively,the heart rate and blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the ODI score was lower,and the JOA score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the overall incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).At 12 hours and 24 hours postoperatively,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimized operating room nursing can reduce the anxiety of geriatric patients with thoracolumbar fractures during PKP surgery,alleviate postoperative pain,help patients recover spinal function and lumbar mobility more quickly,effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and enhance the overall rehabilitation experience of the patients.
