多模式护理干预在全身麻醉术后口干症患者中的应用效果及对舒适度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究多模式护理干预在全身麻醉术后口干症患者中的应用效果及对舒适度的影响。方法2022年3月至2023年3月选取三明市第二医院184例全身麻醉术后口干症患者作为研究对象。将2022年3月-9月期间入院的92例患者作为对照组,实施常规护理干预;将2022年10月至2023年3月入院的92例患者作为观察组,在常规护理的基础上实施多模式护理干预。先评估两组患者的口干程度,再比较分析其唇舌口腔黏膜滋润情况,最后比较其舒适度、心理满足感、患者出院满意度。结果观察组护理后咽喉疼痛评分、口腔异味评分、口干口渴评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理后口腔pH值高于对照组(P<0.05),且两组口腔pH值高于护理前(P<0.05)。观察组护理后口干程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理后唇舌口腔黏膜滋润情况评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后中文版基本心理需要满足量表(BNSG-S)中自主需要、胜任需要、归属需要3个因子评分及量表总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院患者护理满意度中服务环境、服务态度、服务流程、服务质量、行业风气满意度及总评满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在全身麻醉术后口干症患者中应用多模式护理干预可以减轻其口干程度,增强其唇舌口腔黏膜滋润程度,提高其舒适度、心理满足感以及其出院满意度。Objective To explore the application effects of multimodal nursing intervention on patients with dry mouth after general anesthesia and its impact on comfort.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,a total of 184 patients with dry mouth after general anesthesia in Sanming City Second Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The 92 patients admitted from March 2022 to September 2022 were used as the control group and received routine nursing intervention;the 92 patients admitted from October 2022 to March 2023 were used as the observation group,who received multimodal nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.First,the degree of dry mouth in both groups of patients was assessed,then the moisture of the lips,tongue,and oral mucosa was compared,and finally,their comfort,psychological satisfaction,and patient discharge satisfaction were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of throat pain,oral odor,and dry mouth and thirst in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the oral pH value in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the oral pH value in both groups was higher than before nursing(P<0.05).The degree of dry mouth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after nursing(P<0.05),and the score of moisture of lips,tongue,and oral mucosa in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of autonomy need,competence need,and belonging need in the Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Scale(BNSG-S)and the total score of the scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the service environment,service attitude,service process,service quality,and industry atmosphere of discharged patients in the observation group and the overall satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of multimodal nursing intervention in patients with dry mouth after general anes
