基于LERANS模式的健康教育对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者血压水平及血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的讨论基于LERANS模式的健康教育对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者血压水平及血糖水平的影响。方法选取2022年5月至2023年5月连江县琯头镇中心卫生院收治的90例老年糖尿病合并高血压患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)与研究组(45例)。对照组实施常规健康教育,研究组实施基于LERANS模式的健康教育。两组患者护理干预时间均为3个月。观察指标:血压水平及血糖水平。结果护理3个月后,研究组舒张压、收缩压指标下降程度均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理3个月后,研究组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白与餐后2 h血糖指标下降程度均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于LERANS模式的健康教育对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者有良好的临床价值,可有效降低血压与血糖水平,使得病情的良好控制,护理成效理想。Objective To discuss the impact of health education based on the LERANS model on the blood pressure and blood sugar levels of elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,a total of 90 elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension were selected from Guantou Town Central Health Center in Lianjiang County.They were randomly divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)by bicolor ball touch method.The control group received routine health education,while the study group received health education based on the LERANS model.The nursing intervention time for both groups of patients was 3 months.Observation indicators:blood pressure level and blood glucose level.Results After 3 months of nursing,the decrease in diastolic and systolic blood pressure indicators in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(both P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the study group showed significantly better reductions in fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose indicators compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The health education based on the LERANS model has good clinical value for the elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension.It can effectively reduce blood pressure and blood sugar levels,so that the disease can be well controlled and the nursing effect is ideal.
