舒适护理在肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的探究分析舒适护理在肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理中的效果。方法选取2023年7月至2024年2月南平市第一医院102例接受透析的肾功能衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法其分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理。对比两组肾功能指标、心理状态、营养状态、生活质量及不良反应发生率。结果护理后,观察组血尿素氮、同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SDS和SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白蛋白和BMI水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够改善患者肾功能指标、心理状态、营养状态以及不良反应发生率,确保患者生活质量的提升。Objective To explore and analyze the effects of comfort nursing in the care of patients with renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.Methods From July 2023 to February 2024,a total of 102 patients with renal failure receiving dialysis at the First People’s Hospital of Nanping were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each consisting of 51 cases.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comfort nursing.The renal function indicators,psychological status,nutritional status,quality of life,and adverse reaction incidence rates of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,homocysteine,and cystatin C in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the albumin and BMI levels of the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing can improve the renal function indicators,psychological status,nutritional status,and adverse reaction incidence rate of patients,ensuring the improvement of patients’quality of life.
