从结构设计上防止回转式空预器堵塞的研究

摘  要:回转式空预器是大型电站锅炉主流的烟气余热回收设备,具有体积小、换热面积大、换热效率高等特点。随着近年来燃煤电厂煤中硫分、灰分的增大,发现设计的不同结构的回转式空预器的堵塞程度差别巨大。对此,文中从三个方面对回转式空预器结构布置进行阐述,通过结构改造来防止回转式空预器的堵塞。The rotary air preheater is the mainstream flue gas waste heat recovery equipment of large power station boiler,which has the characteristics of small volume,large heat transfer area and high heat transfer efficiency.With the increase of the sulfur content and ash content in the coal of coal-fired power plants in recent years,it is found that the blockage degree of the designed rotary air prognoses of different structures is very different.In this regard,the paper expounds the structural layout of the rotary air preheater from three aspects,and prevents the blockage of the rotary air preheater through the structural transformation.
