摘　　要：本文针对生物质锅炉一次风冷端管式空预器的堵灰、腐蚀的现象,通过对管式空气预热器结构、生物质燃料、运行状况的分析总结,对现生物质锅炉相应方面进行优化,改善管式空预器冷端的堵灰、腐蚀的问题。This paper analyzes and summarizes the ash blockage and corrosion of the tubular air preheater at the primary air cooling end of the biomass boiler through the analysis of the tubular air preheater structure,biomass fuel and operation status.The corresponding aspects of the existing biomass boiler are optimized to improve the ash blocking and corrosion problems at the cold end of the tubular air preheater.
