摘 要:本文以某电厂350MW超临界机组灵活性调峰需求和运行工况作为研究对象,设计了一种基于电极热水锅炉和熔盐储热的灵活性调峰系统方案。为了确保机组运行的安全性,充分利用蒸汽携带热量提高储热效率,储热过程提出采用只抽主蒸汽加热熔盐、主蒸汽部分凝结的技术路线;考虑到熔盐在换热过程中的冷凝和流动性质,放热过程提出采用电极锅炉和高温熔盐联合加热除氧器出口给水,产生蒸汽回到原机组的技术路线。本文经过对系统参数的合理匹配,可以使机组实现从30%THA降至25%THA负荷的灵活性调峰目标。本方案的提出能够为火电机组的灵活性调峰改造提供新思路。This paper investigates the flexible peak shaving demand and operational conditions of a 350 MW supercritical unit in a power plant,proposing a design for a flexible peak shaving system that integrates an electrode hot water boiler with molten salt heat storage.To ensure safe unit operation while maximizing the utilization of steam heat to enhance thermal storage efficiency,the thermal storage process introduces a technical approach that employs only main steam to heat the molten salt,allowing for partial condensation of the main steam.Taking into account the condensation and flow characteristics of molten salt during heat exchange,the heat release process outlines a technical strategy utilizing both an electrode boiler and high-temperature molten salt to jointly preheat the outlet feedwater from the deaerator for steam generation before returning it to the original unit.By optimally matching system parameters,this configuration enables flexible load adjustments ranging from 30%THA to 25%THA at peak targets.The proposal presented herein offers innovative insights for enhancing flexible peak shaving capabilities in thermal power units.
