摘　　要：综合国内有机硅耐高温涂料的相关标准,从运输防锈和运行防腐两个方面,提出适合大型石化容器产品的有机硅耐高温涂料的主要技术指标;同时对国内外的几家有机硅耐高温涂料的主要性能进行测试和验证,探索出适合大型石化容器产品的有机硅耐高温涂料的应用要求。最终在实际产品上进行试用,防腐效果优异。Integrating the relevant standards of domestic silicone high temperature resistant coatings,the main technical indicators of silicone high-temperature resistant coatings suitable for large petrochemical container products are put forward from the two aspects of transportation anti-rust and operation anti-corrosion;At the same time,the main performance of several domestic silicone high-temperature resistant coatings was tested and verified,and the application requirements of silicone high-temperature resistant coatings suitable for large petrochemical container products were explored.Finally,it is tested on the actual product,and the anti-corrosion effect is excellent.
