摘  要:在塔式锅炉管排焊接过程中,传统焊接方法在面对复杂结构和狭小空间时存在的盲区问题,难以保证焊接质量。为此,本文深入分析了镜面反射焊接的原理,开发了一套适用于塔式锅炉管排焊接的高效工艺。实验结果表明,采用镜面反射焊接技术能够有效解决塔式锅炉管排焊接中的盲区问题,显著改善焊缝的均匀性和连续性,焊接缺陷率也大幅降低,该工艺技术为大型塔式锅炉的制造和维护提供了新的技术路径。In the welding process of tower boiler tubes,the traditional welding method has the blind spot problem in the face of complex structure and narrow space,so it is difficult to ensure the welding quality.Therefore,the principle of mirror reflection welding is deeply analyzed in this paper,and a set of efficient welding technology suitable for tower boiler tubes is developed.The experimental results show that the mirror reflection welding technology can effectively solve the blind spot problem in the welding of tower boiler tubes,significantly improve the uniformity and continuity of welds,and greatly reduce the welding defect rate.This technology provides a new technical path for the manufacture and maintenance of large tower boilers.
