摘　　要：为验证气相缓蚀剂对船用锅炉的防护效果,筛选出三乙醇胺、苄胺和咪唑啉(IDZ)三种气相缓蚀剂进行了对比性能评价试验。结果表明:不同预膜方式下,全浸防腐效果最好、喷淋次之、悬挂最差。不同缓蚀剂相比,咪唑啉(IDZ)针对DIWA353的防腐效果最好。In order to verify the protective effect of gas phase corrosion inhibitor on Marine boilers,triethanolamine,benzylamine and imidazoline(IDZ)were selected for comparative performance evaluation tests.The results show that by different pre-filming methods,the anticorrosion effect of total immersion is the best,followed by spray and suspension is the worst.Compared with different corrosion inhibitors,imidazoline(IDZ)has the best anti-corrosion effect against DIWA353.
