摘　　要：本文通过对电站锅炉制造过程中发现的典型设备制造异物案例进行原因分析,并结合制造经验进行对策实施,提出了防异物的一些针对性预防措施,为后续类似产品的生产做好技术总结和借鉴参考。Th is article analyzes the causes of typical equipment manufacturing foreign objects discovered during the manufacturing process of power plant boilers,and combines manufacturing experience to implement countermeasures.It proposes some targeted preventive measures to prevent foreign objects,providing technic al summary and reference for the production of similar products in the future.
