稳定剂对重金属铅污染污泥的稳定效果研究

摘  要:选用碳酸钙、羟基磷灰石和海泡石3种稳定剂对污泥中重金属铅进行稳定化处理,分析其稳定机理和效果。结果表明:污泥重金属铅的浸出稳定率海泡石>碳酸钙>羟基磷灰石,稳定后铅的残渣态所占比例碳酸钙>羟基磷灰石>海泡石;综合来看各类稳定剂对重金属铅的稳定作用海泡石>碳酸钙>羟基磷灰石。In this paper,three different types of stabilizers,calcium carbonate,hydroxyapatite,and sepiolite,were used to stabilize heavy metal Pb in sludge,and analyze its stabilization mechanism and effect.The results show that the leaching stability rate of heavy metal Pb in sludge under the stabilization of the three stabilizers is Sepiolite>CaCO3>HAP,and the proportion of residual state of Pb after the stabilization of the three stabi⁃lizers is CaCO3>HAP>Sepiolite.In summary,the stabilizing effect of the three stabilizers on heavy metal Pb in descending order is Sepiolite>CaCO3>HAP.
