摘　　要：某Y型电泵分采管柱油井在测静压作业结束后启泵恢复生产时,发现电泵生产工况异常,井口无液流返出。采用提出问题、进行假设、求证验证的方法,分析确认故障原因为Y型管柱堵塞器滑脱失效,针对该问题及时进行处理,使电潜泵油井恢复正常生产,从而节省了处理油井故障的费用。This paper introduces a case where,after the completion of the static pressure measurement operation for an electric submersible pump(ESP)well with a Y-type production string,when the pump was started to resume production,it was found that the production conditions of the pump were abnormal,with no fluid flow returning to the wellhead.By using the method of asking questions,making assumptions,and verifying them,it was demonstrated and analyzed that the slippage failure of the Y-type string blocker occurred.The problem was promptly addressed to restore the normal production of the electric submersible pump well,saving the cost of dealing with the oil well failure.
