壮药内服联合外用解毒散洗浴治疗慢性荨麻疹60例临床观察

摘　　要：将60例慢性荨麻疹患者分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,予炉甘石洗剂外擦作为对照组治疗,在对照组治疗的基础上加壮药内服联合外用解毒散洗浴治疗作为治疗组,观察2组疗效差异。治疗1周后,2组的荨麻疹活动度评分(USA)较治疗前均有下降,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗2周后,治疗组的荨麻疹活动度评分较治疗前均明显下降,P<0.05。疗程结束后,对照组的总有效率为63.33%,治疗组的总有效率为90%,P<0.05。壮药内服联合外用解毒散洗浴治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效显著,可改善患者的总体不适症状,且作用迅速、安全性好,值得临床推广,为慢性荨麻疹患者的诊治开辟了新的临床思路。60 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with calamine lotion,and on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the patients in the treatment group were treated with oral administration of Zhuang medicine combined with external use of Jiedu powder.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.After one week of treatment,the urticaria activity score(UAS)of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.After two weeks of treatment,the UAS in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,P<0.05.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,and that of the treatment group was 90%,P<0.05.The clinical efficacy of oral administration of Zhuang medicine combined with external use of Jiedu powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria is significant.It can improve the overall discomfort symptoms of patients,and has a rapid and safe effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and opens up new clinical ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria patients.
