摘 要:针对传统监测方法无法满足运营地铁隧道结构快速全面安全监测作业要求,采用移动式三维激光扫描系统,快速获取隧道结构高精度、高密度三维点云数据,通过控制标靶拟合、点云滤波等,剔除点云噪声影响;以隧道结构点云数据为基础,拟合不同里程隧道结构横断面,与初期隧道断面点云叠加,实现运营地铁隧道结构变形监测可视化成果的快速准确获取;采用全站仪精密导线测量方法对控制标靶三维坐标进行复核,与扫描测量成果进行对比分析。结果表明:控制点点位中误差为±0.0023 m,全站仪隧道结构断面水平直径测量与扫描点云拟合数据最大较差为3 mm,精度较高,进一步验证了移动式三维激光扫描系统在隧道结构变形监测中的可靠性,为运营地铁隧道结构的全方位高效变形监测提供了新的解决方案。In view of the failure of traditional monitoring methods to meet the requirements of rapid and comprehensive safety monitoring of subway tunnel structures,a mobile three-dimensional laser scanning system was adopted to quickly obtain highprecision and high-density three-dimensional point cloud data of tunnel structures and eliminate the influence of point cloud noise through control target fitting and point cloud filtering.Based on the tunnel structure point cloud data,the tunnel structure cross sections of different mileage were fitted and superimposed with the initial tunnel section point cloud to achieve the rapid and accurate acquisition of the visual results of the deformation monitoring of the metro tunnel structure.The three-dimensional coordinates of the control target were reviewed by using the precision traverse measurement method of total station,and the results of scanning measurement were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:the error in the control point position is±0.0023m,and the maximum difference of the fitting data between the measurement of the horizontal diameter of the tunnel structure section and the scanning point cloud of the total station is 3 mm,which is of high accuracy and meets the requirements of the specifications,and further verifies the reliability of the mobile three-dimensional laser scanning system in the deformation monitoring of the tunnel structure.It provides a new solution for the comprehensive and efficient deformation monitoring of subway tunnel structures.
