摘　　要：通过对封开县基础地理信息数据管理现状进行分析调研,针对其痛点及核心需求设计建设数字封开地理空间框架,建立多类型、多尺度、现势性强的基础地理信息数据库以及统一、权威的地理信息公共平台,从而实现基础地理信息数据的规范化管理,提高各业务部门之间的协作效率。通过对地理空间框架和地理信息公共平台的架构、主要功能等进行分析设计,利用可视化服务平台为政务部门和公众提供准确可靠的基础地理数据,同时提供标准化数据及服务接口,便于进行二次开发及各级平台对接,推进基础地理信息数据标准化体系建设及共享共用。Based on the analysis and investigation of the current situation of basic geographic information data management in Fengkai County,a digital Fengkai geospatial framework is designed and constructed in this paper according to its pain points and core needs,to have a multi-type,multi-scale and strong current basic geographic information database and a unified and authoritative public platform of geographic information established so as to realize the standardized management of basic geographic information data and improve the efficiency of collaboration among business units.Through the analysis and design of the architecture design and main functions of the geospatial framework and the public platform of geographic information,the visualization service platform is used to provide accurate and reliable basic geographic data for the government departments and the public,and at the same time to provide standardized data and service interface so as to facilitate the secondary development and platforms docking at all levels and promote the construction and sharing of a standardized system for basic geographic information data.
