摘  要:BIM技术是智能建造的核心技术之一,在工程中得到了广泛应用。目前新疆喀什地区建筑业发展机会较多,但由于地理位置偏远等因素,导致后期的BIM应用绩效评价未有很多深入研究。文中在国内外BIM绩效评价研究现状的基础上,对喀什地区BIM技术的应用价值和评价因素进行归纳总结,遴选出研究的主要技术指标,运用层次分析法构建合理的BIM技术应用绩效评价体系,并结合实际项目进行验证。BIM technology is one of the core technologies of intelligent construction and has been widely applied in engineering projects.Although there are many opportunities for the development of the construction industry in the Kashgar region of Xinjiang,factors such as its remote geographic location have led to limited in-depth research on the performance evaluation of BIM applications.Therefore,based on the current state of BIM performance evaluation research both domestically and internationally,this paper summarizes the application value and evaluation factors of BIM technology in the Kashgar region.It selects the technical indicators for this study,constructs a reasonable per-formance evaluation system for BIM technology application using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and vali-dates the system with actual projects.
