商品居住区风景园林工程的限额设计分析

摘　　要：随着城市经济的飞速发展,城镇化开发逐渐完成,人们对于居住区需求量越来越大,居住区品质也是人们所注重的一项重要因素。由于普通商品住宅具有经济性这一主要的特征,因此文中通过收集云南省多处普通商品住宅小区风景园林工程的数据,通过限额设计分析园林工程中多个要素之间的关系以及占比情况,为开发商以及设计者提供前期设计指导,打造出具有经济性和舒适性的园林工程.With the rapid development of urban economies and the gradual completion of urbanization,the demand for residential areas has increased significantly,the quality of these residential areas has become an important factor for people.Given that ordinary commercial housing is characterized mainly by its economic viability,this paper col-lects data from various ordinary commercial housing projects in Yunnan Province,by analyzing the relationships and proportions among various elements in landscape engineering through limited design,it aims to provide preliminary design guidance for developers and designers,creating landscape projects that are both economical and comfortable.
