摘 要:煤矸石是采煤过程和洗煤过程中排放的固体废物,若能将它用于铺筑路基,可有效解决因大量堆积带来的空间占用与环境污染问题。研究通过建立未燃煤矸石路基温度-氧气浓度计算模型,并进行长期模拟分析,得出以下结论,未燃煤矸石路基内部温度高于碎石土路基,且需3年达到平衡状态,而后表层温度波动、中心区温度缓慢上升。路基表面受氧气浓度及环境温度影响较大,中心区域蓄热效应明显,氧化速率较慢。路基表面氧气浓度高于内部,导致氧气不断渗入中心区域,整体呈增长趋势。黏土封层能隔热保温,有效控制路基温度,阻止氧气渗透,控制氧化速率。黏土隔离层分离矸石、减弱氧化放热效应,降低路基平均温度,控制下层填料温度。研究可为煤矸石填筑路基提供理论支持。Coal gangue,a solid waste generated during coal mining and washing processes,could effectively address issues of space occupation and environmental pollution if used for roadbed construction.This study establishes a temperature-oxygen concentration calculation model for unburned coal gangue roadbeds and conducts long-term simulation analysis,leading to the following conclusions,the internal temperature of unburned coal gangue roadbeds is higher than that of gravel-soil roadbeds,requiring 3 years to reach a balanced state,after this period,the surface temperature fluctuates,while the central area's temperature rises slowly.The roadbed surface is significantly affect-ed by oxygen concentration and ambient temperature,while the central region shows a noticeable heat storage effect and slower oxidation rate.The oxygen concentration at the roadbed surface is higher than inside,causing continuous infiltration of oxygen into the central area,leading to an overall increasing trend.Clay sealing layers can provide ther-mal insulation,effectively control the roadbed temperature,prevent oxygen infiltration,and regulate the oxidation rate.The clay isolation layer separates the gangue,reduces the exothermic effect of oxidation,lowers the average roadbed temperature,and controls the temperature of the lower fill material.This research offers theoretical support for the use of coal gangue in roadbed construction.
