摘 要:为开发一种适用于混凝土灌注桩竖向抗拔静载试验的快速机械连接技术,以提高检测试验效率和精度。文中针对传统焊接连接方式的低效和不均匀问题,提出一种分离式顶底盘设计,利用锚具和高强度螺纹钢实现快速、稳定的载荷传递。此技术适用于Φ800~Φ1500mm桩径和2000~10000kN负荷范围,大幅缩短桩基抗拔检测时间,提高检测精度,减少人力和物力资源浪费,具有重要的工程应用价值。To develop a rapid mechanical connection technique suitable for vertical uplift static load testing of con-crete pile foundations,this study aims to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.Addressing the inefficiencies and inconsistencies associated with traditional welding methods,a detachable top and bottom plate design is proposed,utilizing anchors and high-strength threaded steel to achieve quick and stable load transfer.This technology is appli-cable to pile diameters ranging fromΦ800 toΦ1500 mm and load capacities from 2000 to 10000 kN,significantly reducing the time required for uplift testing,enhancing accuracy,and minimizing the waste of human and material resources.It holds significant engineering application value.
