摘 要:网络游戏是数字社交的重要平台。为预防游戏环境中可能产生的愤怒沉浸,以期减少游戏霸凌行为,本研究分别考察了萨提亚模式和接纳与承诺疗法相结合的团体心理辅导以及单独使用这两种方法对多人在线对抗类游戏大学生用户愤怒沉浸及游戏霸凌的干预效果。结果发现,二者结合的团体心理辅导能够有效降低愤怒沉浸水平和游戏霸凌行为,相较于单独使用接纳与承诺疗法,效果更佳。成员在情感表达上有更多的改善,更能够以积极的视角关注自己的内在资源并采取行动。Online games are an important platform for digital social interaction.In order to prevent anger immersion in game environment and reduce game bullying,this study investigated the effects of the Satir Model and group psychological counseling combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,as well as the intervention effects of these two methods on anger immersion and game bullying among college users of multiplayer online confrontation games.It is found that the combined group psychological counseling approach can effectively reduce levels of anger immersion and game bullying,compared to the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy alone.Members show more improvement in emotional expression and are more able to focus and act on their inner resources with a positive perspective.
