电力电子化受端省级电网宽频谐振稳定性研究

摘  要:电力系统宽频谐振是近年来出现的新问题,受非同步机电源的控制器动态特性、输电网络的网架结构及元件参数影响较大,在次同步频段、超同步频段和高频段均有分布。江苏电网作为典型的受端省级电网,“十四五”期间风力、光伏等新能源发电装机容量提升至68000 MW,占比达到34.8%;省外来电总量预计达到45440 MW,约占2025年最大负荷的30%。综上,高度电力电子化将成为未来江苏电网的主要形态,宽频谐振问题将成为威胁电网安全稳定运行的制约因素。首先,提出了阻抗分析法,与特征值分析法、时域仿真分析法进行比较,阐述了阻抗分析法的优缺点和适用范围;其次,在IEEE 39节点的典型系统中论证了阻抗分析法在大电网对宽频谐振进行分析研究的正确性和可行性;最后,通过阻抗分析法在江苏电网的应用,总结得出“十四五”江苏电网宽频谐振稳定特性及相应的控制策略。The broadband resonance problem of power system has become a new challenge,which is highly affected by the dynamic characteristics of controllers in non-synchronous generators,grid structures of transmission network and element parameters.Moreover,it is broadly distributed in sub-synchronous,hyper-synchronous and high-frequency segments.As a typical receiving-end provincial power grid,Jiangsu power grid will increase its capacities of wind and photovoltaic units to 68000 MW during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period,account for 34.8%of its total generation capacities.At the same time,the capacities of outside electricity will reach 45440 MW,accounting for 30%of its maximum load in 2025.As a result,the high penetration of power electronic devices will become the significant characteristic of Jiangsu power grid in the future,and the problem of broadband resonance will be a restriction factor that threatens its safe and stable operation.In this paper,the impedance analysis method is put forward at first,and it is compared with the eigenvalue analysis method and time-domain simulation analysis method to illustrate its advantages,disadvantages and application scopes.Then,the correctness and feasibility of the impedance analysis method for broadband resonance in large power grids are verified based on an IEEE 39-node system.Finally,the impedance analysis method is applied in Jiangsu power grid,and the characteristics of broadband resonance stability of Jiangsu power grid and the corresponding control strategy are summarized.
