摘 要:为了抑制常见BOOST PFC变换器的共模传导噪声,提出一种基于混沌扩频与无损吸收的BOOST PFC变换器共模传导EMI抑制方法。通过分析变换器传导EMI路径,建立共模干扰等效电路,阐明无损吸收抑制高频EMI的机理。在此基础上引入扩频技术,分析定频、周期以及混沌扩频PWM的频谱分布,论述混沌扩频技术运用于开关变换器抑制EMI的优异性。仿真与实验结果表明,相比定频PWM共模传导EMI频谱,无损吸收混沌PWM在100 kHz~1 MHz、1~30 MHz内分别有5~20 dBμV、12~22 dBμV的改善。该方法无需辅助开关管,通过吸收电路谐振实现开关管的零电压关断,针对无损吸收无法抑制中低频噪声的缺点,利用混沌扩频实现变换器共模噪声的进一步抑制。测试结果表明引进混沌PWM之后变换器输出纹波与效率波动范围都在1%以内。To suppress the common-mode conducted noise of ordinary BOOST PFC converters,a common-mode conducted EMI suppression method for BOOST PFC converters based on chaotic spread spectrum and lossless absorption is proposed.Through the analysis of the EMI conduction path of the converter,a common-mode interference equivalent circuit is established,and the mechanism of lossless absorption and suppression of high-frequency EMI is clarified.On this basis,the spread spectrum technology is introduced,the frequency spectrum distributions of fixed-frequency,periodic and chaotic spread spectrum PWM are analyzed,and the superiority of chaotic spread spectrum technology applied in suppressing the EMI in switching converters is discussed.Simulation and experimental results show that,compared with the fixed-frequency PWM common-mode conduction EMI spectrum,the lossless absorption chaotic PWM has improvements of 5~20 dBμV and 12~22 dBμV in 100 kHz~1 MHz and 1~30 MHz,respectively.This method does not require any auxiliary switching tube,and it realizes zero-voltage turn-off of the switching tube by absorbing the circuit resonance.Aimed at the disadvantage that the lossless absorption cannot suppress the low-and medium-frequency noise,chaotic spread spectrum is used to further suppress the common-mode noise of the converter.Test results show that after the introduction of chaotic PWM,the output ripple and efficiency fluctuation range of the converter were both within 1%.
