摘 要:Semi-transparent perovskite solar cells(ST-PSCs)have attracted great attention not only owing to the numerous optoelectronic merits of metal halide perovskites,but also their extensive applications for building-integrated photovoltaics and tandem solar cells[1].For practical commercialization,it is essential to transfer the decent photovoltaic performance of small-area ST-PSCs into large-area perovskite solar modules(PSMs).
